MLB Draft concluded this past Monday as nine Georgia Bulldogs got their name called, making it the most draft picks they've had since 2019. Pitchers, J.T. Quinn and Brian Curley, heard their names called on night one of the draft,

Five players from this year's Alpine Bank Junior College World Series were drafted in the MLB, with four signing with the Texas Rangers, Baltimore Orioles, Tampa Bay Rays, and New York Yankees, and one with the Detroit Tigers as an undrafted free agent.

The Orioles’ first three picks were Auburn catcher/corner outfielder Ike Irish (No. 19), Coastal Carolina catcher Caden Bodine (No. 30) and Wehiwa Aloy (No. 31). The No. 19 pick was the Orioles’ original first-round selection, while Nos. 30 and 31 were compensation for losing Corbin Burnes and Anthony Santander in free agency.
