The eight-episode series, which premieres on Aug. 20, follows Knox’s arrival in Italy as a study abroad student, the murder of her roommate Meredith Kercher and Knox’s criminal trials, in which she was accused of killing her roommate with her then-boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito.

The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox retells the infamous 2007 murder case, tracing Knox’s fight for justice and media-fuelled infamy, premiering August 20, 2025.
