Apple TV+'s dark sci-fi office drama 'Severance' on Tuesday led the contenders for the Emmy Awards, television's version of the Oscars, with a whopping 27 nominations.

Apple TV's Severance earned the most Emmy nominations this year, with 27 nominations marking a win for the streaming network, along with The Studio, which also received 23 nominations.
