The main event of UFC Nashville saw Derrick Lewis square off with undefeated contender Tallison Teixeira in a heavyweight bout.

W ith just one UFC fight under his belt, Tallison Teixeira entered Saturday's UFC Fight Night main event looking to break into the heavyweight top 10. Teixeira was given a rude awakening by the UFC's greatest knockout artist, Derrick Lewis, who finished Teixeira with strikes in just 35 seconds.

Gabriel Bonfim edged out the UFC's oldest rostered fighter, Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson by split decision in the night's co-main event. Two judges scored the bout 29-28 for Bonfim, while one scored 29-28 in favor of Thompson.
