Two people detained and released after the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk have faced threats and scrutiny even after police said they were not suspects.

Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at an event at Utah Valley University Wednesday. His body will be flown on Air Force Two to Arizona, where he lived with his family, officials said.
