A 2019 documentary, Leaving Neverland, which interviewed men who claim they were abused by singer Michael Jackson at his home when they were children from the age of 7 to 14, had audiences gripped and saddened. Now, it's been announced that a sequel, Surviving Michael, is set to air in a number of weeks.

Despite its new name and the absence of its once ornate gold signage, there's no mistaking this property as Michael Jackson's former Neverland. Messages of adoration for the King of Pop are scrawled in chalk on the walls by fans from around the globe.

YouTube Real Stories had secured the follow-up to the controversial ‘Leaving Neverland’ documentary, set to premiere in the US and Canada. HBO is understood to have declined the sequel after a contentious legal battle with the Jackson Estate.
