Those who grew up with CITV classics like Fraggle Rock, Fun House and Knightmare may be feeling a pang of nostalgia as the children's channel comes off air after 30 years.

ITV has announced that it is taking its children's TV channel CITV off the air after 40 years, replaced by new channel ITVX Kids.
