It turns out the same tool lets anyone run (some) Android apps in Chrome… even if you’re using the Chrome web browser on Windows, OS X, or Linux rather than Chrome OS.

Put simply, it moves Chrome's overflow menu to a bottom bar, and adds some other buttons for easy access. Duet still isn't enabled by default, but there are a few noticeable changes in Chrome 72.
