it is not possible to pin a folder to the Taskbar if you are using Windows 11. However, if you use Windows 10, you can use the old method to pin any File Explorer folder to the Taskbar.

Set File Explorer to Open to Your Preferred Folder ... you won't have to navigate through multiple directories to find them.
