About 90 passengers and crew on a Royal Caribbean cruise in the Gulf of Mexico have fallen sick with a gastrointestinal illness causing diarrhea and vomiting, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Dozens of cruise passengers are sick on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship that set sail out of Port Tampa Bay. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 89 passengers and two crew members aboard the "Radiance of the Seas" fell ill with an unknown sickness.
