Developer Taylor Morrison will unveil model homes from noon to 3 p.m. Feb. 22 in its Esplanade at Starling community in Punta Gorda that will have nearly 600 residential units when built out.

Taylor Morrison is underway on Senata at Research Park, a community with 131 townhomes on about 12.4 acres in Charlotte's University area. The development is expected to open in early 2024.
