The Alpha Course phenomenon is popping up in Palm Beach County as an evangelism tool for churches and Christian ministries.

The Alpha Course consists of 10 weekly gatherings to discover and talk about an element of faith. Each talk looks at a different question and is designed to create conversation.

Training conferences for churches interested in presenting the Alpha program will be held for the first time in Oklahoma in August.
