Rouses and Winn-Dixie, the two largest grocery store chains in metro New Orleans, are shifting much of their weekly circular advertising to The New Orleans Advocate.

Winn-Dixie Stores Inc. has launched a smartphone application that lets customers view the weekly circular and sales for the grocery chain’s location nearest to them.
