Illinois residents lined up for a chance to grab free Powerball tickets from a wind tunnel machine, as tonight's $1.4 billion jackpot becomes the fourth-largest.

The Illinois Lottery is hosting a Powerball Ticket Grab Challenge in Hyde Park on Wednesday. The event offers more than 1,000 free tickets as the jackpot hits $1.3 billion. Players statewide can also purchase tickets at nearly 7,000 retailers.

While nobody won the Powerball jackpot worth over a billion dollars for Wednesday's night drawing, a ticket worth $1 million was sold in Illinois.
