The Chicago Sky played without Angel Reese for a majority of the second half of the WNBA season. Reese is playing in her second season in the WNBA and she’s already widely regarded as one of the best forwards in the league. While she’s dealt with a back injury this season, the Sky struggled to find consistency without their biggest star.

When the Chicago Sky fired Teresa Weatherspoon and replaced her with Tyler Marsh, many believed he would be the head coach to take a roster of young, talented players and turn them into a playoff contender.

Angel Reese was cleared to play for the Chicago Sky on Tuesday against the Seattle Storm at Wintrust Arena after missing nine of the last 10 games.
