Tahoe area fireworks show canceled, beaches closed due to storm, sheriff says
In addition to canceling fireworks, the sheriff’s office said Ski Beach, Incline Beach and the boat ramp are closed until further notice. The sheriff’s office did say that Burnt Cedar Beach, however, is open for IVGID punch cards and pass holders only. Officials are now in the process of securing the area and recovering the materials.
