Is the new “Fantastic Four” movie fantastic? No, and not everyone will love the amount of downtime in this one. But good is good enough for a Marvel superhero movie these days.
It looks like Fantastic Four is missing quite a few scenes from its trailers, and Marvel fans are wishing the movie was longer. The film kicks off Marvel Phase 6, and it stars Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm.
Marvel's Fantastic Four is heading for a box office opening north of $100 million as the MCU provides an antidote to universe fatigue.
It's exactly why we should be welcoming the fact that The Fantastic Four: First Steps is the last MCU movie for an entire year.
First Steps has exceeded expectations during Thursday previews, giving us a better idea of how the Marvel Studios reboo will perform at both the domestic and international box office.
