The Giants addressed their biggest need on defense as NFL free agency kicked off on Monday, agreeing to terms with cornerback Paulson Adebo, The Post confirmed. Finding someone to start alongside disappointing 2023 first-round pick Deonte Banks was at the top of the Giants’ defensive needs list.

Paulson Adebo is a player who will be highly-sought after next week during NFL free agency. He showed vast improvements in his game over the past three years, but his 2024 campaign sadly ended with a scary leg injury.

In a span of less than 24 hours, the Giants added their two best defensive backs. Both are 25 years old and both should be entering their prime. Safety Jevón Holland and cornerback Paulson Adebo enter a room with three returning starters in the secondary all under the age of 24.
