KERRVILLE, Texas (AP) — Rescue crews in Texas kept a wary eye on river levels Monday, hoping to resume the search for people still missing from catastrophic flooding that pummeled the central part of the state earlier this month and killed at least 132 people.

More heavy rains in Texas on Sunday temporarily paused a weeklong search for victims of catastrophic flooding along the Guadalupe River and led to dozens of high-water rescues elsewhere as storms damaged homes,

Water levels rose again in central Texas as rain pounded the areas still recovering from last week's deadly floods.

BOSTON — Several counties in Massachusetts are under a flood watch on Monday due to the risk of thunderstorms that could bring heavy rain. The flood watch is in effect for Western Franklin, Eastern Franklin, Western Hampshire, Western Hampden, Eastern Hampshire, Eastern Hampden, Northern Berkshire, and Southern Berkshire counties.

On Monday at 2:07 a.m. the Nation Service issued a flood watch valid from noon until Tuesday midnight for Franklin, Hampshire and Hampden counties.
