Jackson Meeks is threatening to take a roster spot away from a Detroit Lions 2025 draft pick.
Lions WR Jackson Meeks, nephew of Za'Darius Smith, made his case for making Detroit's final roster with a great game against the Dolphins.
The touchdown, which is his second of the preseason, showcased his ability to adjust with the ball in the air, as well as his high-pointing skills. TeSlaa looks the part of a player who is deserving of a role in 2025.
TeSlaa has had a terrific camp showing the kind of poise, route running ability and hands that are not typical of most rookie receivers. He's a big target at 6-foot-4 and his 4.4 speed allows him to separate from defenders. He's expected to be an early contributor for the Lions.
