Jane’s Addiction band members Dave Navarro, Eric Avery, and Stephen Perkins have filed a lawsuit against their lead singer, Perry Farrell. This suit is the result of a shocking event that took place last year when Farrell assaulted Navarro on stage.

J ane's Addiction was one of the progenitors of '90s alternative rock, and the band's 1991 farewell tour literally spawned Lollapalooza. Like many bands of the era, Jane's Addiction has been off and on (and off and on) in the new millennium, but things are at a nadir. That is to say, multiple lawsuits are now in the mix when it comes to the band.

The infamous September 2024 onstage altercation between Jane’s Addiction frontman Perry Farrell and other members of the band is far from over, as the two parties filed separate lawsuits on Wednesday.
