Nora Nelson, 24, faces a murder charge alongside two felony charges related to injuring and killing an animal. She pleaded not guilty to all charges, according to court records.

Nora Nelson is charged in the death of 65-year-old Joseph Donohue, who was found dead after police went to the marina to conduct a well-being check on Feb. 2.

Prosecutors said Nora Nelson, 24, of Boston, stabbed attorney Joseph Donohue, of Charlestown, 67 times, including in the head where part of a knife was still lodged when he was found.

Joseph Donahue, 65, was found with stab wounds to the head and chest inside his household in Boston in February. His alleged lover, Nora Nelson, 24, has pleaded not guilty to the crime.
