Kayla Bailey, a Jacksonville mother of five reported missing Monday, has been located safe, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced.

The man was shot in the apartment complex parking lot and ran into an apartment. The residents called 911, police said. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.
