Mar 24, 2022 · Owned Ring Pro since Spring 2019. Noticed today the doorbell is not giving a video signal. Went to the doorbell to try and refresh connection, it will not even power on. The ring around button is not even lighting up. Looks like the wires are still giving juice. Any idea what could be the issue or did the doorbell just go kaput?

Sep 25, 2023 · I've been evaluating Ring vs Nest in advance of a renovation I will be doing to my house in Spring '24., and whilst I really like Ring, it seems there are features that are missing - and worse half the time they are in the US and not in the UK. This worries me as it seems that Ring don't care about the UK market.

Feb 22, 2020 · That didn't work. Any more ideas? My Ring is less than 3 months old. I've had to change out the doorbell chime transformer (16V) because Ring switch stuck and eventually burned it up.

Dec 23, 2024 · Complaint about cost and dashboard changes. I recently noticed our dashboard has changed with home/away/disarm now gone.  The feature was there this spring when we had repair folks in and out all day.  We used the disarm button to shut off the notifications due to all the foot traffic in and out.

Oct 8, 2023 · Why won’t my ring chimes won’t update to Halloween/fall tone options. The tones have updated for sounds through the app my phone but not to the two additional chimes I have in my home. I am stuck with summer fireworks and spring butterflies/insects. Lol. Also, there’s no sound coming out of the doorbell when it used to.

None of those cameras are linked.All the above cameras record events, even when the lights don’t come on or when they stay on or cycle.Finally, camera # 1 and Mailbox sensor 10. I have them linked so, when the mailbox door is open, camera 1 records. Works perfectly . . . fall, winter, spring. Consistently sends notifications.

Sep 9, 2023 · Last spring, I was unable to do "Live View" on the doorbell. Unfortunately, I was 800 miles away, so I could not look at the doorbell to see what was happening. The app told me that the battery was 73%, which I assume means it was 73% the last time it communicated, so I don't think the battery had suddenly died when it went offline.

Oct 28, 2019 · Well in SW Florida and my front door having a western exposure I'm hitting this 120 deg threshold every day from about noon till sunset (7-8hrs) that my interior bell doesn't ring and this is our fall season. I'm sure this will get worse come next spring and summer.
