Tramell Tillman (born June 17, 1985) is an American actor. He is known for his role as Seth Milchick in the Apple TV+ series Severance (2022–present). [2] Tillman grew up in Largo, Maryland, in the Washington metropolitan area, and has five older siblings. [3] .

Milchick is a supervisor on the severed floor of Lumon Industries, working closely with the Macrodata Refinement and Optics and Design departments. Milchick is outwardly a very happy and jovial man, but this is his mask that he wears for his severed employees. In reality he is a cold hearted man and will do anything for his job.
