2024 vs 2025 Model Y | Tesla Motors Club
Jul 27, 2024 · They have discounts on the 2024 Y. A 2025 Y is now listed that is not the Juniper. Does anyone know what the difference between this 25 vs the 24 other than a newer production date. Should I purchase the 24 with over $2,000 off or is the 2025 Y the better value to purchase because it may have...
Universal Wall Chargers vs Tesla's Universal, vs Tesla ONLY Wall ...
Jan 19, 2025 · Thank you both. My gut feeling was to 'future-proof' the installation for a possible ID.4. HOWEVER, after doing some research it looks like going Tesla-only for now may be better assuming the programming is the same. The J1772 adapter is non-removable from Tesla's universal connector, so if I am in a situation where we'd deem purcha

I very much doubt it will ever require a retrofit to existing vehicles. Interestingly the article says that the driver will have the ability to switch it off. So might not be a problem.

As an example, you may get 250kw speeds at 10% charge, but 5kwh speeds at 95%. It can take as long going from 90% to 100% as it does going 10 to 80%.
Will those abandoning their Teslas still be using the Supercharging ...
Apr 21, 2023 · Still surprised the markup for non-Teslas - that bothers me an I don't own a non-Tesla EV. Last I checked can't you do a subscription rice reduction with EVGo or ElectrifyAmerica - that would be cheaper last I checked (than the marked up non-Tesla Supercharger rate).
Tesla allowing lease buy outs. [posted 11.27.2024] - Tesla Motors …
Nov 27, 2024 · Finally. Nice to see. This is the right call as there will be a flood of used Teslas soon coming off leases soon. Hopefully this will help keep things somewhat balanced. With a flood of EVs entering the market soon the drop in value will be brutal with the oversupply.
